Water Melon your Summer friend

OMG! Its so hot. Summer is at its peak & going out during the day is very difficult. So we all need something to chill in this summer. Something more refreshing, with yummy taste. This is all we need so I'm sharing the benefits of watermelon with some cool added flavoured recipes of Water Melon.
Adding a water melon in your routine during summers is good for health. The best thing about water melon is you can store them for a long time. It has many benefits like water melons have Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidant Support & also it works as natural Viagra.


Water Melon also helps us to maintain our health as it has very low calories so you can loose weight easily. drinking watermelon juice before a hard workout helped reduce athletes' heart rate and next-day muscle soreness. It helps heart Health. Its rich in vitamin & minerals but low in calories. It could even combat cancer. Now I'm sharing you the method to prepare water melon juice.

Ingredients :
1) 1 watermelon
2) Sugar
3) cold water OR ice cubes
Method:
1) Cut the Water Melon into small pieces.
2) Remove the seeds from the water melon.
3) put all the pieces in the blender.
4) Now add sugar according to your taste & ice cube.
5) Blend until the juice is smooth.
Now you can enjoy this cool summer drink.

Another recipe of watermelon is a vegetable. Watermelon vegetable is a common Rajasthani vegetable which is very delicious & good for health.

Ingredients: 1) A Unripe watermelon
2) cumin seeds
3) Asafoetida
4) Red Paprika
5) Turmeric 
6) Salt
7) Coriander Powder
8) Water
9) Oil

Method:
1) Cut the Watermelon into small pieces.
2) heat the oil in a pan.
3) Now add cumin seed & asafoetida.
4) Now add the watermelons & stir them.
5) Now add all the spices mentioned above & stir well so that all the spices can be mixed with the melons.
6) Now add small amount of water.
7) Put the lid on the pan & let them cook for about 15-20 minute.
You can eat this with Indian Bread.
